AB Acupuncture is an acupuncture and East Asian medical practice on the upper west side of New York City that helps patients naturally achieve their health goals: Less pain, more energy, better sleep, better digestion, and better immune function.
With a small team, AB Acupuncture needed a CRM solution to help its office manager and owner/lead acupuncturist manage leads, nurture them to become patients, automate processes, and make the practice’s overall administration more efficient.
As a referral-driven business that relies on Google advertising and word-of-mouth for new leads, AB Acupuncture found that its existing lead management methods were increasingly ineffective as the practice grew.
