Sandeep Kishore joins LeadSquared as Advisor to the Board
New Jersey, 7 March, 2023: LeadSquared welcomes Sandeep Kishore as an Advisor to the Board. The former Executive Partner of Siris Capital Group and ex-CEO of Zensar, will provide mentorship to the executive leadership team to ensure LeadSquared’s long-term success.
Sandeep was the CEO and Managing Director of Zensar Technologies and the Group Management Board at RPG Enterprises from 2016 to 2021. During his tenure at Zensar, Sandeep was responsible for the transformation of Zensar from a legacy IT company to a 100% digital enterprise. Throughout his career in business and technology, Sandeep has created impact programs that have delivered exceptional stakeholder returns. His work at Zensar, earned the company the dual honor of being featured as a case study by both Harvard Business School (2018) and London Business School (2020).
Prior to joining Zensar in 2016, Sandeep served as a Corporate Officer at HCL Technologies and was responsible for several global businesses including Life Sciences, Healthcare, Public Services, Hi-Tech and Manufacturing, Engineering and R&D Services. Having spent over twenty-five years with HCL, Sandeep built several billion-dollar businesses for them.

Sandeep is also the co-founder of Har Asha Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on promoting philanthropic and charitable causes that help young adults integrate, purposefully and meaningfully, into the workforce as skilled workers. He is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and an acclaimed author, having published two books on poetry.
