With over 25 years experience of commercially orientated data and analytics experience, Andrew has a successful track record for implementing transformational data-driven change across a number of industry sectors.
Prashanth Kancherla
VP, International Business, Ozonetel
Over the past decade, Prashanth has worked with 3000+ call center leaders to deeply understand the communication needs of businesses especially as they scale from small startups to full-fledged enterprises. He himself has played a key role in Ozonetel’s growth from inception to date in various roles including product management, sales, and solution architecture. He currently leads the International Business Team at Ozonetel, working with call centers to fully modernize their communications platform.
Prashant Singh
Chief Operating Officer, LeadSquared
Prashant is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of LeadSquared. He heads all post-sales Customer-Centric operations and is responsible for business retention, growth, and expansion. Prior to LeadSquared, Prashant was the co-founder of Proteans, and he served as the COO. Post Symphony Teleca acquiring Proteans, he served as the Vice President and P&L Head for the business unit of Energy, Healthcare, and Media verticals. Prashant is an alumnus of IIT Delhi with a degree in Mathematics and Computer.
