KR Mangalam Global School is one of the most renowned IB schools in Delhi. Their emphasis is on building a solid foundation for their students. KR Mangalam has eight branches all over Delhi and NCR.
The school was facing a couple of challenges in managing the admission inquiries because of the CRM that they had been using. It was slow, and it lacked a lot of key features that they needed. Here are a few ways in which their CRM was slowing down admissions:
Editing lead information was complex, and lead stages had to be changed manually.
