Keystone Universe of Education is the largest coaching center in Ahmedabad catering to students from 6th to 12th standard. Their key focus area lies not only in academics but overall development of the child. They offer multiple courses around academics, extra-curricular, and competitive exam prep.
The team was previously using a CRM and was looking to change as the platform wasn’t user-friendly. After coming across LeadSquared’s easy-to-use platform, they immediately decided to make the switch.
As mentioned earlier, the team didn’t find Meritto’s interface user-friendly. But that was not the only reason to switch. Opportunity management was one of the biggest challenges they faced.
