ICPR (Instituto Comercial de Puerto Rico, Inc.) Junior College is based out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. They are a private, for-profit, 2-year educational institution with an enrolment of around 1600 students. They have been in business for over 75 years, with 5 locations all on the island of Puerto Rico.
ICPR was unable to improve their admission officers’ performance as they followed the same system repeatedly, without any feedback.

ICPR uses all these tools together to achieve the success that they aimed for.
ICPR has improved their customer service, by analyzing their admissions calls that are now recorded and stored in their database.
